Fat Burning Workout – Interval Training

I thought I would give you a peek at the concept of interval training.  Interval training is one of the best ways to burn fat, burn calories and lose weight.  Rather than bore you with my writing, I will let Craig Ballantyne tell you a little bit about it in the video below.
