Did you know that there are actually foods that make you lose weight? Of course you can’t continue eating the same way you normally do, but you don’t have to starve yourself either! Let me tell you about some of the foods that will make you lose weight.
For starters, raw vegetables are great for helping with weight loss. Eating carrots, celery, broccoli and cauliflower helps you lose weight, and you really don’t have to cut out all of the bad things you eat.
How does this work? Eating raw vegetables will give you a feeling of fullness, causing you to eat less at regular meals. They also work to naturally reduce cholesterol, so you are killing two birds with one stone! Raw vegetables are just some of the foods that make you lose weight quickly.
Fruits, whole grains and beans are also great for rapid weight loss. Beans are very good for you because they contain fiber, just as whole grains and most fruits do. Eat meats that are baked or grilled, not fried. Cut down on beef and add more chicken and fish. These foods are also wonderful for cholesterol and good heart health.
Here is a trick that will work, if you just put it into action. Each day, substitute one food at each meal with a diet food. For example, if you normally have a fried pork chop at dinner, substitute that with baked or grilled chicken. If you keep substituting one food at each meal, in a couple of weeks all you will be eating are foods that make you lose weight. And by gradually replacing one food at each meal, you won’t realize you’re missing anything!
Of course, drink plenty of water and cut out the soda. Diet soda also causes fat storage, so switch to water with a squeeze of lemon or lime, or fresh juice. Drinking lots of water burns fat and increases metabolism, so be sure to take drink your share!
