Method 1

This thought may well frighten some aspiring bodybuilders, but it is a good idea to take up boxing. No, you don’t have to box competitively at any level, just find a boxing gym which will let you do some work, and give you some friendly advice. There is nothing like boxing training to add to a weight lifting program, and this combination will produce serious results.

Method 2

Although running is recommended as a form of exercise by just about any fitness trainer, it is by no means the only one. If you can find a form of exercise that you really enjoy, that will have a great effect on you. You will approach it with far more enthusiasm, and burn off a lot more fat. People who dislike running can try skipping, swimming, or cycling. Of course, if you happen to enjoy running, keep doing it!

Method 3

Make your routines as intense as possible. As part of finding out how to burn body fat, people discover that practising a skill improves your ability to perform it. The mile which you used to find impossible to run in nine minutes will one day be possible in eight, and with a lot less strenuous effort. Harder and more intense training is then needed to keep the improvement coming.

Method 4

Why not try swimming. This often overlooked exercise is often omitted from “how to burn body fat” guides, but swimming is extremely effective at burning fat if it done properly. Swimming also works some muscles which other exercises don’t, and is good for retaining flexibility as your body continues to grow from your efforts. Maybe swimming is not for everybody, but there are some serious benefits to be had.
