How to eliminate body fat

Food groups are composed of macronutrients: proteins, carbohydrates and fats and micronutrients: vitamins, minerals and trace elements. To work properly the body needs micronutrients. Thus when hunger occurs, the body actually requires minerals and vitamins. If you start eating products that contain macronutrients, in 2-3 hours the hunger recurs because the body did not get what it wanted.

An effective solution for when you were hungry is platentis Spirulina, an excellent product which fortifies and mineralizes and also has lots of L-tyrosine which is the direct precursor of thyroid hormones. A healthy meal should contain a lean protein source and a source of natural complex carbohydrate. Here is an example of what a healthy meal should contain and that provides you with the energy needed to perform exercises to lose body fat or cardio exercises which are known to help you shed weight:

1. Lean proteins (chicken, fish, egg whites, etc.)
2. Carbohydrates (boiled potato, rice, etc.)
3. Fibrous carbohydrates (salad, green beans, peas, celery, etc.).

We offer an example of menu to be followed when doing cardio exercises for weight loss:

- Meal 1: porridge, egg whites (the only ones together with chicken that have the 8 essential amino acids), 1-2 oranges

- Meal 2: rice, egg whites

- Meal 3: baked potato, chicken, lettuce

- Meal 4: 1 serving of green beans, peas, lettuce and pickles

- Meal 5: tuna, celery.

- Meal 6: chicken, tomato, canned pineapple juice or melon.

Fats that are good at losing weight

Fat should not be neglected. There are certain types of omega fats that the body needs to be able to burn fat reserves. For example, the fat in fish contains omega fat type. Tuna is a good source of protein and omega. In the process of digestion and absorption of fruits and vegetables more calories are consumed than they originally have.
