Which Weight Loss Exercise Programs are Best?


It is not news to you when I tell you that there is a plethora of weight loss exercise programs out on the market today.  It should also not come as a surprise that some of  these are good and others not so good.  When searching for such a program you want to find those that are based in science and an understanding of how your body works.   Do not spend your time or your money on gimmicky programs.

The first thing you want to look at when you are evaluating wegiht loss exercise programs is whether or not the program has both a diet and exercise component to it.  If it only has a diet component  or likewise if it only has an exercise component then steer away from such programs.

The second thing that you should look for is to see if it has weight training as part of its exercise program.  Muscle building is essential for not only your overall fitness levle but also for your ability to lose weight.  The more muscle you have the more calories you will burn.  Needless to say, the more calories you burn the more weight you will lose.

As mentioned, there are a number of programs that have flooded the marketplace.  But the question remains which are the best weight loss exercise programs?  The best that I have run across is a program called Warp Speed Fat Loss 2.0.  I like this program for a few reasons.

The first is that the two individuals who created are well respected in the fitness world.  Alwyn Cosgrove and Mike Roussell are the creators of Warp Speed Fat Loss.  Cosgrove is a fat loss guru if there ever was one.  His clients have had tremendous success using these very methods.

Roussell is a nutritionist who brings together the diet program necessary to help you reach your weight loss goals.  The two of them team up to form a powerful one-two punch against the unwanted fat you are carrying around.

The second reason I like this program is that it heavily incorporates strength training.  I cannot stress the importance of this.  In order to achieve the body you have envisioned in your head you must add strength training.  If you don’t then there is a good chance that not only will you lose fat but you will lose muscle as well.

The third reason is that it incorporates the principle of EPOC.  EPOC stands for Exercise Post Oxygen Consumption.  It is a fancy term to let you know that it is possible to continue to burn calories even after exercise is done.  To accomplish this it uses high intensity cardio and even cardio like weight lifting sessions.  These workouts will take the calories burning ability of your body to higher levels.

So check it out.  Not only is Warp Speed Fat Loss among the best weight loss exercise program.  I believe it is the best.
